Nedstede Retail heeft op de Zuidas 1.200 m2 nieuwbouw winkel en horecaruimte gekocht van G&S Vastgoed. De winkel en horecaruimte liggen aan de Gustav Mahlerlaan en maakt deel uit van het prestigieuze appartementencomplex 900 Mahler.

Medio 2016 zullen de winkel- en horeca-units worden opgeleverd. Nedstede Retail zal ze via B&O Retail voor verhuur in de markt aanbieden. De units variëren in grootte van 200 m2 tot 700 m2.

B&O Retail en Fort advocaten adviseerden de koper bij deze transactie.
